Unspoken Words Poem by Elizaveth Banda

Unspoken Words

Looking back at all my memories
To remember that kiss
To remember the late nights of comfort
I'm glad I didn't know how he felt
Then I wouldn't have hurt as much
He thought he was different
He thought I deserved more
wasn't he a fool
If he only knew that I deserved him
If he only knew that I wanted him
Im glad I didn't know how he felt
It's better now left alone
It was a great time
It was a great place
Its better now..I dont hurt no more

It was so very true in those words. One really does feel the emotions in the state of passion; those judgements on the bygone moments are always taken when they reflect in the mirror of our memories. A very thoughtful write.... a 10 is deservedly! !
