Unnoticable Things Poem by Jerinico Vincent Batac

Unnoticable Things

Rating: 4.5

Steady but sullen
Still walking into this path that will never end
We walked slow but still
Silence embraced us, no words were spoken
She walked still, leaving me behind
There you go again, leaving me out of your kind
I walked slow as fast is your pace
Unlined yet still couldn't broke our bind
Continued as i follow you walk
However still i couldn't dare to talk
Even with that white thing you wore
Still looked elegant stood tall as you walked
We walked more as we tried to reach that goal
Settin' as an example throughout was your role
All I did was follow and never led you
Figured at least for today I could do something while we on strole
Told me it was your first day
Emotions unwritten, were you sad or were you gay?
I wanted to cheer you up
Yet, all i did was walk and stay
we walked more until we reached that place
I stood there and looked at your face
I wanted to cheer you up at least for today
Stood there, and let go of that phrase
'Try to enjoy the day,
After all today is your birthday...'
Unexplainable, but she turned glad
Was it magic that turned that weary away?
For now she let go of that bind and let go of hers
She left, clingin' on her; books in her purse
You may never notice but we were all proud
I looked back her perversed,
Very proud I thought 'There goes our future nurse...'

Wrote for my sister's birthday... the whole poem was actually an account of our strole this morning on her way to go to school... I'm very proud of her...i hope someday she will be a great nurse.... i know she will! ! ! HAPPY BIRTHDAY SIS! ! !

I won't say this was well written, because I don't believe it was. The reason I gave it a 9 was the creativity. Also, it was clearly written in an adoring and sincere manner. That means a lot. GW62
