Unmoved
Her words make noise like a distant thunder
Rattling sounds that disrupt the inner peace,
Yet these cannot carry much impact here
To damage what is held in strength and ease.
Fortified in faith that there is God
Who sees all hearts, deals with all in Justice-
I'm one who trusts Him and am sure to trod
This lowly earth with a protection that's His.
