Universe Anew
When stars from sky fall
And suns run their course and
To ashes burn
When silence descends
Heavy and supreme
And new birth by the warm
Hands of entropy
Is held at bay on the fringes
Of anarchy
In the midst of this complete
Desolation
My passion will burn, fierce
For a mighty bang and a new
Dawn
A new age and an altar
To you forevermore
Amen.
