Unfilial Daughter (Final Words) Poem by Portia Lane

Unfilial Daughter (Final Words)

Ive been fighting for long enough
Im ready to say goodbye
This is not me giving up
For god knows how hard ive tried
This fight was bound to be lost
Some just lose earlier than others
If i have any regrets
Its that im leaving before my mother

It breaks my heart, thought of you alone
Without your world in your world how will you go on?
You made me your everything, and this is what you get
That i am the worlds most unfilial daughter i sadly admit

Mom dont blame yourself
It really isnt your fault
Death was look for a victm
And i just happened to get caght

I know i alwys tell you not to cry
But this time i'll let you slide
After u say ur last gdbye
I hope ur tears R forever dried

Mom, sorry,
but time 4 me 2 go
True
if reading this
I'm already gone
Forgiv me
ma
leaving so soon
And 4 leaving u in the alone
