Understanding Statment Poem by Life Or Death Poetry

I can understand your hatered
Maybe not to your extent
For that felt like pure evil to me
But I understand why you hate me
I understand why you think you dont know me
I understand why you dont respect me
I except it and I know..
And yes I was wrong
And this poem means nothing
Compared to what is ahead for me
If you let me prove myself to you
But I know what my position is
and I except yours
For I was wrong
And if you give me a chance
To prove myself
I would be utterly greatful to you
In truth..
For I do not deserve it
And that would be kind enough to me
