Understand

Rating: 5.0

Sometimes we just don't understand

that maybe there is more at hand.

What we may believe isn't true

maybe life could hold something good for you.

Deception can kill all dreams and hope

if you decide to hang yourself with that rope.

We need to see things as they really are

and not shield ourselves from the burning tar.

Truth may become pain and its real

the sensation that burns is what you'll feel.

Please see me for who I am and respect my shine

and leave all deception far far behind.

Its difficult but it must happen to see

all that is and was, that makes me me.

Drop the rope before you hurt

just open your eyes so this effect can work.

See me for me and leave me as me

and maybe you can love me as me.
