Uncle Dearest Poem by persian khushi

Uncle Dearest

My Guiding Light
Fatherly
Uncle Dearest
My guiding light
Encouraging words
Keeping watchful eye
From distance
Uncle Dearest
Connected not by blood
From motherland
Protecting
Watching my back
Mindful of past experience
An uncle, advisor and friend
In happiness and sorrow
A bond stronger
Acid tongues can't melt away
Talented poet and author
A man of note
Humble and kind
Have my praise
Conversation
Happy laughter in voice
Providing comfort
Though seen only on screen
Concern for well being
Of distant niece
Keeping big bad wolf at bay
No second chance
For their awful schemes
Uncle Dearest
Has eagle's eye
Hugs to my bright guiding light
Uncle Dearest

Uncle dearest is amazing poem which reflects the bond of 2 souls. Amazing ink! Expected something got something else. Hope my STAR ends my sordid saga of rat race. Thanks for calling me Peter-pan, it gives me hope till Friday evening 6 PM. Hope some u had some good dreams...... Your shadow didn't eat and sleep, heartache and head spinning. With fusion and confusion....... oh Kashimiri dove!

Protecting Watching my back Mindful of past experience An uncle, advisor and friend In happiness and sorrow A bond stronger Acid tongues can't melt away Talented poet and author The central idea of the poem rotates and retorts perhaps here...some uncles are so.They love to control niece to be father.May be for fatherly affection or its overdose when uncle looks like a carbuncle.I dunno how he became bad wolf if he is not the one-may be because he lost the aunt or perhaps aunties today are so smart that they are becoming parallel to wife a harlot.A great tribute nevertheless to ur uncle
