Two Worlds Poem by tochukwu nwankpa

Two Worlds

I've seen two worlds
One is quiet and reserved
no one knows if people exist there
She is indeterminate
filled with grace and grandeur
coated with solitude and candour
I've seen two worlds
The other is noisy but articulate
creative yet ruggedly beautiful
throwing tantrums on many icons
Shall i relent in telling about her resilience
having abundant sunshine and little rainfall
Dews and fog water her vegetation
I've seen two worlds
Which should i belong
for how long shall i long
to find a log to carry along
both are wonderful in splendour
By their rivers i rest my soul
of this wanton desire to choose
between two worlds that will never meet
