Two Worlds Poem by Deki aka Mark Fisher

Two Worlds

Rating: 5.0

Why must I feel like?
I’m stuck in between
Two worlds the first world
Is the living I can see the world
I can hear the world
I can smell the world
I can taste the world
But I’m not really their
The second world
Is the world of the dead
In this world my senses are gone
But one my sight I can see the
Living world for it really is Hell
And yet the living cannot see it
For what it really is
I’m stuck in between
Two worlds

There is a great deal of truth to this poem. Indeed, some have the ability to see and perceive the world from a different perspective. This in itself is not a bad thing, and in fact you have the ability to find those things that truly hold meaning to you. Maybe your vision is not altered by the perspective of the world; that's okay. In reality, the world is an evil place if you see it for what it is, and from this perspective it seems quite grim. However, the experiences of life have a way of shaping the way we view the world. Perhaps that means we are more realistic we see thing in literal terms, but that's okay there is still beauty, meaning, purpose, and reason to continue living. Look for the things that others can not see, and then you know that you have been set free. Well-written. Two worlds, indeed- maybe more. Thanks for sharing.10+
