Twisted Poem by Jennifer Colyne Hall

Twisted

Rating: 4.0

I'm a little twisted

Not at all what you are used to

I am quite the bit more absurd

Look closely into my eyes

Swelled and smeared

I am a foreign object

Twisted into a knot

Seriously anxious

Carry on in silence

Your facial expression

Words a violent lullaby

The agony of the impossible

Precious blows

Where to from here?

I care not too much

Any direction will do

It doesn't matter

Ending up twinkling mad

Yet to vanish

I'm still the same as you

Suppose I wish....

We've all gone mad
