Twinkle Twinkle Little Scar Poem by Payyton Egerstaffer

Twinkle Twinkle Little Scar

Twinkle twinkle little scar
How I wonder why you are
Up on my wrist but not so high
Leaving everyone wondering why

Twinkle twinkle little scar
Wondering why I took it so far
Wrists are bared and feelings are hidden
Love is the only that is forbidden

Twinkle twinkle little scar
Bringing pain from afar
Gasping for breath as tears fall down my face
The veins on my wrist I try to trace

Twinkle twinkle little scar
How I wonder why you are
Up on my wrist but not so high
Leaving everyone wondering why

Love it. I tripped up a little in the third stanza. Maybe 'streaked my face'.... Wonderful, as usual.

The repetition works well here. It sound like you are writing from experience. I hope you're not.
