Tumbling Poem by Vera Sidhwa

Tumbling

Through space and through time,
The act of tumbling was mine.
I gave tumbling an extra kick.
I gave tumbling an extra zap.

I loved tumbling,
So I did it on the playground.
I even tumbled in my room with books all around.
These books went tumbling too.

Tumble, tumble all the way,
Tumble, tumble I would say.
Tumble, tumble that's how I'd play.
Tumble, tumble all night, all day.
