Truth Is No Coward Poem by Cynthia Buhain-baello

Truth Is No Coward

I sought it with passion
For no one can dictate
My eternal destination
And so I prayed in Faith.

There was more here I think
So I laid my cards down,
Faced it all, did not blink-
Wanted Truth to be known.

Was not born here to suffer
I know that's not my end,
I need to know what I live for
And all my mess I'd amend.

Yes, Truth is no coward
He is not scared and not meek
He will always come forward
If we ask and if we seek.

Now I share what I found
And it is not in Religion!
In His Truth, safe and sound
I have found my Salvation!

Hiding the truth. A coward action. Worthwhile and powerful words shared. Thank you.
