Truth Is Evident
Walk into my world,
The concrete prayers of the city,
Children laugh at bus stops
And wild roses cling to a broken fence
Near an old apartment complex.
There’s a thousand ways to say
I love you;
Nothing has to be memorized,
Truth is evident.
