Truth Be Told Poem by Destiny Osuna

Truth Be Told

One day a girls parents
are getting a divorce and
and she has to pick wich
parent to stay with..mom
or dad? ...she arrives in
court..the jugde asks her
'you have to decide wich
parent to stay with..youll
be under there custody'
the girl looks at her mom..
then her dad, she cant break
neither of there hearts..
she then answers 'Neither'
and runs out of the court
room to the streets, running
and running...10 years later
whens she 25 she goes back
to the court room, with the same
judge and says '...i couldnt decide
wich parent to stay with..why should
any child have to face that question?
why should anyoney? ...no one
should...' she left the court room
to her parents old house..and saw
that her mom and dad where
still together..she eyes filled with
tears...of happiness, yet regret and
anger seeped in...she pounded on
the door...and said '...i could never
decide between you two..' her mother
cryed and her father froze..she just turned
and left while saying ' my desicion was
made and ill never live with either of you
two...ever.'

A sad truth about life why the children suffer from the faults of their parents 'till kids will carry the burden of hatred to the days where forgiveness is absent. Wonderful theme..........nice flow of words! typo errors creep to the page..........
