Trust Poem by No Reason To Care

I want nothing but to trust you, I need you in my life
But I cant bring myself to let you in to see my painful strife
I want you to see me, not the girl in the mask,
Letting myself trust you, is not an easy task
I know I truly love you, so why is there no trust?
My gate is falling and breaking Full of layers of rust
My hearts armor has been removed so why hasn’t my minds wall?
It stays there mocking me cold, hard and tall
If you can break it down, if I can let you in
I’m scared I might get hurt…. Again
Im frigthend of the unknown of the darkness in the night
But I know there cant be love without trust somewhere in the sight
So ill keep trying to trust you, but don’t question my love
You still call me angel when im not sent from above,
Even tho you may not see it, I just want you to know,
I love you more then anything so please don’t let me go…..
