True - Pinewood Royal Poem by Guy-Paul Mitchell-Dwelly

True - Pinewood Royal

With your long blonde hair to your shoulders
And your pretty eyes of blue
In the Summer or even when it's colder
My love for you is true
Skimming stones
Or singing a song
We'd like to do it
All Summer long
Swim in the river
Run through the trees
Or catching frogs
In the cool summer breeze
Oh, it really doesn't matter what we're doing
Because my love for you is true
Oh, it really doesn't matter what we're doing
Because my love for you is true

With golden curls and just a sweet smile
And freckles just a few
I would even run a thousand miles
To prove my love is true
Fishing for crabs
Or riding a bike
Making daisy chains
Are just some things that I like
Swim in the river
Run through the trees
Or catching frogs
In the cool summer breeze
Oh, it really doesn't matter what we're doing
Because my love for you is true
Oh, it really doesn't matter what we're doing
Because my love for you is true
