Life was cold and hurtful until we found each other
Images of you holding me safe and warm
You were the man in my dreams
Holding me and saying I love you
Not knowing who you were
I too fell in love with you
After falling in love with you in my dreams
We seemed to find each other a lot quicker
Once you found me you pushed me to do better in my life
You carried me through my problems
Showing me that you were never going to leave me
You were always going to be by my side
Even if I pushed you away
Loving you was the best thing I could ever do
You found me when I needed you the most
You always told me to never give up
Always keep trying you will always be
Here by my side never leaving me alone
I love you; you even stated you would go through hell to get me
If you had to
Just so that you can be with me even in death
You spent your early years without me
And you were lonely
Now that you have me you don’t want us to ever part
Don’t worry my dear
We’ll always be together
Because true love never dies
