True Love Poem by Harlan Simantel

True Love

Real love returns
Even after many a year
If it was true
Hearts like glue
You loved her
She loved you
Heaven or earth
Can't undo.

Nothing can prevent
Or stop
What was meant to be.

So if a love is lost
Or never returns
Only regret you often see
Maybe it was not meant to be

But love may come again
God may from Heaven send
A little shining sun
A loving oasis
In this earthly race you run.
