True Black Poem by Melanie DeichertMesedea

True Black

True black you don’t exist
I have simply never seen you
Where the corners of space may hide you
Where stars not yet exists
You still do not exists

True black you are so clean
Where blemishes are never seen
And the light will never bleach you
And you shall never lose your colour
You will never let it go

True black stay true
No colours leak from your embrace
No tears of purple and blue
Because your black is true
And I have never seen it

True black where are you?
We can never see it
For just as the purest of white lights will blind us
The purest of blacks will make use see everything
