Travel
I close my eyes to see
The world far away
My place on earth
Is anywhere my heart is
I must fly to know
Time and distance are
Just small details
When I look within
I’m on a journey
My soul soars with eagles
My heart cries like a dove
Coming back here
Brings lessons to learn
To find peace of mind
My destination somewhere
Is known to God
Footsteps on earth
Retrace my travel
In heaven with angels
