Transcending Poem by Tony Elsby (Poems of life and love)

Transcending

The spirit asked if I would share my dreams
And she lifted me into the clouds
Through the tumult of chaos we passed
Leaving anger and dispute in shrouds
And upwards we soared to a far distant world
Where goodness lights twinkled excited
A world in the mind where her heart could touch mine
And fires of the soul were ignited
