Traitors Poem by tejiri pius kigho

Traitors

My heart is violently shaking, my breath is like a storm against a wall, listen to me in silence as I set forth my case, as I make known paths my feets had not trod.I am nothing, my work is less than nothing, but you cried like a woman in labour, you plunder with none to rescue, yet on thee I poured out the warms of my love, I made you drink from my endless pool of love, and for my reward, you consigned me to the memory-gate of your betrayal, you lay waste my love with no heart to harbor, I mourned like a dove, am left like a foregotten prostitute, while sadness meets me at every step of the way for your zeal of betrayal rages like a man of war.For so long a time I have held my peace, I have restrained myself and kept still, but my heart is like a tossing sea so I can't be still like the storm christ had commanded, do not look at my bitter tears nor show an act of comfort as you do this day, for I will struck thee till my rod is broken, I will make thy dwelling like a scattered nest, and like fleeing birds you shall flee, you shall fall never to rise like leaves from a fig tree, I shall trample thee like straws in the dunghill, I shall spread ur pain like d sky above, for by this things men live and by them they die.
