Toy Store Poem by Stefanie Fontker

Toy Store

Forget everything
About this face
It was never mine
And never yours
To remember as if
It has a place in
This cold land
That is reality
Discontinue my
Lazy-eyed production
It cannot sell
In stores made for
The pretty little
Blind-eyed girls
That want to play
With my broken heart
