Town Stuff Poem by Oliver .........

Town Stuff

The stuff that stinks
At each nose is dear
To one and all! Those
That revel in this begotten
Stuff is damn better than who
Passes by! Our Mayor can
Perhaps get rid of himself
Into this stuff filled in vertical
Large bins around; since this
Matter of charming larvae and
Maggots would Swarm thickly
About him wherever he's buried!
One foreruns to kick away the
sticky stuff that gets so
relevant and factual like
Evening talk and cuppa.
Now right in the midst of
The stuff are law and rule,
Traffic and disorder,
The evening passade
Of garrulous girls and phallic
Boys! The stuff is no doubt
Piled up around at each corner,
But some what honestly
Trucked away and cast off
Elsewhere. But stealthily
The stuff sooner gets
Back to reign; then puts up
A stupid fight prominently!
Alas! The stuff is around,
Assertively fighting!
