Towards Home Poem by Edward Kofi Louis

Towards Home

The realm of consciousness is full of love,
The muse of life is full of laws,
With the self-indulgence of the muse of nature;
As mankind finds his or her way towards home.
Origin, Aborigine!
To abrogate your life-style;
but, the desire to know you is like,
The compassion and the courage of my heart.
Origin, Aborigine!
With a virgin-tongue to say a word;
And like a delicate matter to your heart.
