Tomato Aubergine Curry
Purple fruit of tropical old world plant,
Aubergine is beautiful vegetable,
Glossy red or occasionally yellow,
Purple edible fruit is tomato.
Separately we cook and taste,
But cooking curry of both in mix,
Pouring little spice to this it flavours,
Taste is very nice and unforgettable.
Vitamin B one and vitamin B six,
Potassium in addition of minerals,
Copper, magnesium and manganese,
Aubergines are rich in antioxidants.
Around forty percent of vitamin C,
We get from tomato with minerals,
This prevents cancer from damaging,
This also enriches us with vitamin A.
Mix curry of tomato and aubergine,
It keeps our health good ahead,
Such a tasty curry favours in kitchen,
Eagerness grows to eat this with rice.
