    When Nature's whip lashes fall on us, when blasts and bangs echo from every corner and thus when continually plagued by torments from nature and man, we wonder how long we can brave all these whacks! !     This is, in fact, a tangle to those who think about as Walpole says Life is a comedy for those who think... And tragedy for those who feel
