To You My Neighbour Poem by Austyne Thomas

To You My Neighbour

Rating: 5.0

Would my regular 'Goodmorning'
still carry its innocent bliss
now you know my yearning
& after lastnight's kiss.
Would you now pass the stairway
& give me a childish look
or would you just stare away
& make me almost puke.
Should i 4get about d things i know
like the 'Hims' that come & go
or see you as a virgin land & sow
& worry about me alone.
Can you place me first before
the things u had before
or take my hand & show
the way you'ld like to go.
Would we have love & kids
& make a home of peace
or would this our lust increase
& ruin us piece by piece..?

AUSTYNE, GOOD SENSIBLE QUESTIONING RE THE ONSET AND POSSIBLE CONTINUATION OF A NEW RELATIONSHIP, IN MY OPINION. TIME IS THE ANSWER. SLOW IT DOWN, STEP UP THE FRIENDSHIP QUOTIENT AND SEE IF THE SPARKS STAY. GETTING TO KNOW EACH OTHER IS DIFFERENT THAN IGNITING OUR NATURAL ELECTRICITY. WHEN YOU KNOW YOURSELVES, TRULY LIKE THE OTHER, THAN SPARKS WILL LAST. THANK YOU FOR SHARING. MY BEST, CAROL
