To You Andante Poem by Emmanuel EEA

To You Andante

Andante, I glance at the smile
On your face and my reality is clear
The grass is greener,
The sky is bluer
The sun setting and rising in your eyes
Leaves me an overwhelming urge to smile
Andante, you have given me a home in your arms
With every embrace I find solace in
You, my inspiration, my love
My rose and my candlelight
You light the candle of my heart when your lips
Brush past mine
My heart quivers with your touch.

Andante, in you I found what I was looking for
With you, I feel free to be myself
As lovely birds of the earth, feel free to not worry about food.
Andante, I never knew what I was missing
Until I found what I was looking for,
I’m glad I did.
To your beautiful eyes; they are the windows to a beautiful soul
To your lips; that creates a momentous leap of two worlds.
To you andante nymph in an orison
Our love is as strong as willow.
