A race we keep on running
Not knowing when it is ending
Some say it is from the very beginning
This uncertainty is certain, that the end is coming

For the whole life we run
We laugh smile and have fun
Though it's not death that we fear
We dread the loss of someone very near

I know the end is near
No matter where I hide my dear
It ain't a circle which is endless
Be sure not to be careless

Life is not infinite
I can't stop death with all my might
