To Ruin Poem by Naveed Akram

To Ruin

I have a stance on my bed to ruin,
My life is not spent like the realm;
You spend money on the thoughts to revel,
But living in words created fiction.

One man offends never me nor the woman,
But instead this realm is full of offence;
The revelry is of merriment quite high,
You spend all your earnings for defence.

Words require an effect so bright
The worlds of criminals are never at rest.
