Here are a few tips I want to give you as you grow older and older as a man


Lesson 1: Think
God won't put you in a situation that you can't get out of
But you can put yourself in a situation that you can't get out of
Think about the consequences and the repercussion before you act
You may find your self in a grave, on the run, or in jail doing time u can’t get back

Lesson 2: Be Your Own Man
Handle your business
Never follow another man
Be your own
Don't always look for a hand out
Sometimes you got to fall instead of accepting that hand out


Lesson 3: Education
This should have been first but education is the key
High school diploma is good but now a day you need a higher degree
Don't shoot for the stars
Shoot for everything that's above the stars


Lesson 4: Sex
Sex is a beautiful thing when it's done right
Whether it's with that special someone or that someone for one night
But always use a rubber
This is to make sure that you're covered
There disease that you cant curable
Since you’re my son Magnum Trojan use those there pretty doable


Lesson 5: Women
Don’t argue with them your not going to win
And just cus she's a 10
Don’t mean she's the right one at the end
Show them the up most respect like you do for mommy
You'll get further with them if you use those manners

I'm not yur mother so I can only teach you what i can:


Lesson 1: Sex
Can’t tell you who to pick or who not to pick it with
Your body is a temple
An your temple is sacred
Can’t tell you to wait till you married cus I didn’t do it
But always practice safe sex and remember safe sex is no sex :)


Lesson 2: Independent
Like I told your brother
YOU is what you can always count on
With that you can never be let down
Unless you don’t fulfill what you’re striving for



Lesson 3: Education
Black women have come along way
There are so much that you an accomplish with an education
You can be your own boss at a firm
Or even start your own empire
A's and B's are excellent but if u get a C don't look down look up and study harder


Lesson 4: Money
Now because you’re my only daughter (so far) you probably think you suppose to get the green whenever you ask
But if I do that then you will expect this all the time even when your 40
And with that you will expect this from a man
Work for yours babe gurl
Neva count on a man for nothin
Budget and learn how to save
When you’re in that serious relationship there's no such thing as mines any more it's OURS
Money comes and goes and you can’t take it with you when you leave this earth
But stack as much as you can as long as you here
Everything that you may want is not what you always need
And what you always need is not always what you want


Lesson 5: LOVE
Probably one of the easiest words to say
Be careful when this word is coming out of your mouth or when you receive it
It can hurt you at the end
It can make you happy
It can confuse you
No the difference between being IN LOVE and BEING LOVE


LESSONS FOR BOTH MY CHILDREN:
I’m not promise today or tomorrow but as long as I'm here I will help you both grown into that Man of the Year, that Woman of the Year mentality as long as I’m breathing. I love ya'll both with all my heart.
