To My Love Poem by Lydia Shivley

To My Love

Your hair reminds me of the soft Autumn night, a clear never ending night sky,
Your eyes, deep brown, wide to show off and flaunt their warm brown color. Eyes that show no fear, that some times hide you over boiled anger, eyes that hypnotize, and get me lost; just smiling at them.

Your lips, soft, full, and just the right amount of perfect. When they form a smile, the gray clouds part and the sun rays warm and light up my always rainy days. I long and dream to one day kiss them. Have them pressed up against mine, in a roughly gentle kiss.
Your voice is a gift to my ears and a heavenly song. Speak and the smell of freshly baked cherry pie on a cool Autumn's afternoon dances into my mind, even though we're only on the phone.

Your tall, like a true solid building. Truly making me look up to you.
Thin as if to blow away with the wind but strong, solid, a steel frame body.
Even over boiled with anger, had a bad day, what ever the reason, you always find away to make me smile and find a brighter side to the dark day.

You have made Pluto, a planet always at winter, suddenly experience spring, sun, warmth, light, life, an new beginning, a fresh start, a new chance.

Thank you my love.
