To Forget Him Poem by jaira joyce

To Forget Him

Forget his name, forget his face
Forget his kiss and warm embrace
Forget the love that once was true
Remember now he's not meant for you.

Forget the love that once you shared
Forget the fact that he once cared
Forget the times you've spent together
Remember now he's gone forever.

Forget you cried the whole night long
Forget the concern you both have shown
Forget how close you to once more
Remember now, the feelings could not like before.

Forger the thrills when he pass by
Forget the stare, the sweet meeting of the eyes
Forget the times you think of him
Remember now, he's happy with his dear.

Forget you memorized his walk
Forget the way he used to talk
Forget the way you spoke his name
Remember now things arent be the same.

Forget the times that went so fast
Forget them all they're just the past
Just consider now life is really like that
That time was lost and it will never be back.

I like this poem. Just so ironical to forget all that, no matter how hard you try, your togetherness with the one you truly love will remain a nostalgic feeling of sorrow in your heart. You can't really forget.
