To Do Something Poem by Edward Kofi Louis

To Do Something

Organ, pan, span, can, tan, Dan, ban!
History;

Pig, wig, big, dig, fig!
Figure;

Book lovers,
Paper passion;

Portraits!
Being in the classroom.

Of the rain! !
With tiny drops;

Juice,
Fantasy!

Film,
Motion;

Story,
Notion;

With the shadows of the past,
Clout, out!

Soul and spirit,
To shout out.

New image,
New picture;

New frame,
New life;

Lavishly! !
As a bride;

As a bid,
As a bed,

Side by side,
Together in love.

To observe,
To know;

To read,
To learn;

To speak,
To write;

To preach!
To teach;

Proverbial,
To reach out to the people.

Hue, due, issue, clue, glue, blue, sue!
To do something;

Edge, sledge!
With the pledge of your sweet love.
