Title Poem by Nassy Fesharaki

Title

Years ago, prof said:
"First, select audience,
Then, go for best title."

Writing too, is commerce,
Unlike past and ancient:
"Duty, love and care."

My field is "Creative, "
Also, am "Journalist, "
But there are many who
Write for the factories,
Presidents, politics.

In eye of my conscious
I see them like slaves
That fear the hunger…

Am eager to get lost
In mist of oceans, parks,
Where mass of people walks…

We are raised in style
Of being commercial.

Now, commerce is not the
Old style of barter:
"I have this, you have that
Let us deal with exchange."

Article's title was
"Virginia Woolf and hot fudge."

I took it, read through
Liked, reading with smile
At magnet of title…

My degree loudly says:
"Pen, paper, art, science,
Are nothing but commerce,
The sellers fool buyers."
