This is lovely, it says so much in a few words... about comfort, security, rest. The sun wrapping itself in blankets is a wonderful image, but the image of the moon is more intimate.. This poem speaks to everyone, young and old, because we all follow the diurnal pattern of sleep/awakening/sleep/awakening - you could even read it to a new born baby!
