Time Machine Poem by nicola burkett

Time Machine

Rating: 4.8

I'd go back to the day my nanny died,
to hold her hand, and be by her side
I'd go back to see my grandad,
and change the greasy food, that he had-had.
I'd stop Halil from taking the drugs,
be there for him and simply give him a hug.
Because love conquers all,
yes that's what they say
And i'd do all this in just one day.
