My heart longs
to be with the one I love
time is our distance
not the many miles
time is the only thing
that falls in our way
distance doesn't matter
we'll be together again
it's just a matter of time
minutes, days, months,
a matter of time itself
we'll be together
we just have to wait
patience is the hardest thing for me
our love is what keeps us close
love keeps you close to my heart
and I to yours
I love you
It is that simple
