Time heals
love is a disease and i I'm very ill
i tried to keep focused BUT! !
the thoughts in my mind are like vultures waiting for a kill
tried to dismiss them drained my energy i'm tired i have no will
they said to cure it take medicine or pop a bill
please don't judge me until you search my heart and find the reason
step by step time heals like flowers waiting to bloom in the right season

Your use of Simile - The thoughts in my mind are like vultures waiting for a kill - captured the sorrows in your heart beautifully. Time is indeed the greatest healer as it alters our perspectives, in such a way that we begin to look down on our tribulations, and accept that which are beyond the limits of our circumstances.
