TIME APPEARS TO HAVE WINGS

Time has grown a pair of wings
Among the many, thousand things
Time will slip with speed that rings
Like a supersonic jet it zings! !

Time has been and always been
It seems too slow when do nothing
It seems too fast so busy brings
So Time appears to have great wings

poet Percy Bysshe Shelley

We are as clouds that veil the midnight moon;
How restlessly they speed, and gleam, and quiver,
Streaking the darkness radiantly!--yet soon
