Time And Life Poem by Udaya R. Tennakoon

Time And Life

The eyes of the time
Watch on me
And push you
Into the cart

The bull
Drags it
Into the pit of destination
By the stick
The bull is controlled

To Change the direction
Many role plays
Prolonging the time
Travels through the forest

The cart
Takes a rest and
We passengers tell
Stories
To forget the everything
For a while

Reminds again
And guides to the direction
From the out sided way
Counts and shortens
Edits the life
