Time Actuality Poem by chris thompson

Time Actuality

Not a day, week, month or a year,
But forever going throughout space,
Not sure why not very clear,
We know what it is like an infinite lace.

It’s always there no matter how hard we forget,
It may be the start of something or the end,
But the end is only the beginning of something new,
Hopefully we all say to our selves it won’t be so bad.

From the day you are born to the day you die,
Its there in the dark forgotten and non existent,
Matter how short - long there will always be change,
This is the only thing that remains constant forever.

Shown on a clock with numbers or hands,
But the truth is like a handless clock with numbers,
And so it goes on with all other things in the universe,
But until forever comes to past then something exists.

In every heart there is a place,
For someone to live and stay forever,
This is the only place in what this comes into mind,
That time can be kept constant as love cannot be broken,
Forever remaining constant to true love hearts.
