Through Truth Alone

When on Life’s Wind Christ churches ride
Life’s facts, solely we sing
Life’s saints will feel power inside
Beneath love’s healing wing

When sinners learn of Heaven’s Word
So more will venture in
Facts to hear which others have heard
Convicting them of sin

They too, will walk salvation’s road
When knowing something’s wrong
Be quit of Satan’s shameful load
And learn to sing life’s song

Sitting beside the Saviours feet
Cleansing one’s sinful heart
Observing Satan’s swift retreat
His evil horde depart

While souls lighten with gratitude
Their past willing confess
Leaving behind hell’s multitude
At peace, devoid of stress

How marvellous that day will be
Full wonder with wide eyes
Within a cloud pure and free
Rising through Paradise

Knowing The Truth, love’s savings grace
The Father, Spirit and Son
Looking upon God’s smiling face
Together; we’ll be one

Though once a wretched shameful few
Now righteous together we’ll stand
A family, forever true
Within Life’s Promised Land.....
