Ah! This place is so beautiful
In it those lovely memories
That boil down to every cuticle
That my skin can ever need
And I cannot but wish that fate
Hadn’t been so mean
Cause we’re close but yet so far away
Farther than the edges of the seas
And it hurts much more than words can say
To know it’s gone and wiped out clean
But I know, when my body is through tear and wear,
It cannot but fall asleep,
As my soul escapes and comes right here,
To reminisce and to weep!
