This Is Me Poem by Dawn Gothic

I'm not her and I'm not him
I'm not happy and I'm not sad.
I'm not the person that you though I was
I am me and that is that.

I'm not a morning person
I'm not a mother
I'm not a father
I am me and that is who I am.

I am the unwanted
I am the one they look at from afar
I am the one that is different from you and them
This is me and I like it.

This is me, dark black and pale.
This is me a different person then others.
Why would i change me when I like it?
