This Is Me Poem by Bernard F. Asuncion

This Is Me

Rating: 5.0

This is me, just behold,
My faith is solid like a rock;
I won't drown in a sea of tears,
As I am firm inside the flock.

This is me, just see to know,
My hope lives every day;
Trial to me is a sweet agony,
For I will win all the way.

This is me, look at my heart,
Inside is not pretty ugly;
Love is felt a million times,
Bringing bliss, mirth, and glee.

This is me no one else,
Having no tons of money;
My treasure is in heaven,
But I will fight poverty.

This is no Juliet to Romeo,
Nor Gina to Tommy;
I'm a chosen one to the Lord,
This is Lorss, this is me.
