This Feeling

What is this feeling I am feeling
Oh what a good feeling
And sad at the same time
Every day is a losing battle
The more I fight the more I realize
This is and has always been a battle I can’t win

What I feel for you is beyond friendship
It is beyond a casual crush
It is beyond a like
And way beyond a affection
I know what it is
But I am scared to say it
These words refuse to leave my lips
But they are screaming aloud in my heart

If this is LOVE
If this feeling is LOVE
Than that’s what I am
I am in love with you
I have always been

But then again
“Love is never lonely”...
